G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 15, 2021, Mr. Herman requested: “…copies of any and all final responses issued by UMass Boston to requests for public records. This [is] for the period January 1, 2021 to the present.” In a July 20, 2021 email response, UMass provided Mr. Herman records responsive to his July 15, 2021 request. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Herman petitioned the Supervisor of Records, and this appeal was opened. In an email dated July 28, 2021, Mr. Herman states, “I withdraw my appeal.” In light of Mr. Herman’s July 28th email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
