G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 13, 2021, Mr. Blauvelt requested numerous documents related to the North Adams Airport. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1444 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (June 18, 2021). The City responded on July 26, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Blauvelt petitioned the Supervisor of Records, and this appeal, SPR21/1852, was opened as a result. The City’s July 26th response reflects that Mr. Blauvelt modified his request resulting in a fee of $300.00. The requirements for an appeal are follows: Such appeal shall be in writing, and all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the RAO, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In Mr. Blauvelt’s appeal to this office, the required copy of the modified request to the City was not provided. Given that a copy of the modified request was not included with the appeal, I am unable to process the appeal at this time. If Mr. Blauvelt provides a copy of the modified request, a new appeal may be opened.
