G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 2, 2021, Ms. Garthe requested documents associated with building permit #B21-33 for a condominium unit at the Glover Landing Condominiums. The Town responded on July 19 and July 22, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Ms. Garthe petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1854, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Ms. Garthe on August 9, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s July 19th and 22nd responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Garthe may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 9th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
