See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 13, 2021, Mr. Hawkinson requested a copy of the “Tobin VLUS tree relocation contractor report.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hawkinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1882, was opened as a result. It is my understanding the City provided a response dated August 4, 2021 to Mr. Hawkinson’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hawkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
