G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. DiPronio requested “copies of the latest Special Education Program Plan Statements” from a number of school districts. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 6, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
