Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Avenue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney DeBlander: I have received the petition of Anthony Barry appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Barry requested all records related to the arrest, detention, and transportation of a certain individual. Having received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office informed us that a response was provided on Thursday, July 29th. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Barry may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within 90 days.
