Murray Supervisor of Records August 12, 2021 SPR21/1911 Caron Porter Holyoke Police Department 138 Appleton Street Holyoke, MA 01040 Dear Ms. Porter: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of Holyoke Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
