Murray Supervisor of Records August 3, 2021 SPR21/1926 Ms. Betsy Sheeran Town of Wakefield 1 Lafayette Street Wakefield, MA 01880 Dear Ms. Sheeran: I have received the petition of Mr. Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Wakefield (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 12, 2021, Mr. Wallack requested records of sworn officers who were terminated for misconduct, agreed to resign or retire to resolve misconduct accusations, or resigned or retired with a pending internal affairs investigation since January 1, 2010. In a letter dated August 3, 2021, Mr. Wallack informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. Wallack’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
