The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records August 12, 2021 SPR21/1928 Kathleen Graham Dracut Police Department 62 Arlington Street Dracut, MA 01826 Dear Ms. Graham: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of Dracut Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested a log of internal affairs complaints against sworn officers. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Wallack a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
