Murray Supervisor of Records August 3, 2021 SPR21/1942 John Walcek, Chief Wareham Police Department 2515 Cranberry Highway Wareham, MA 02571 Dear Chief Walcek: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Wareham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested a log of internal affairs complaints/investigations against sworn officers in the Department. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 3, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
