G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested records of sworn officers who were terminated for misconduct, agreed to resign or retire to resolve misconduct accusations, or resigned and retired with a pending internal investigation since January 1, 2010. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 3, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
