G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fitzgerald requested names and titles of City employees who received information regarding certain public records appeals and the Open Meeting Law Certifications of identified City employees. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided partial responses on August 8th and 10th, and indicated to this office that it intends to provide a further response. Said response must be made in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. If Mr. Fitzgerald is unsatisfied, he may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
