G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 11, 2021, Mr. Hawkinson requested “all emails to or from the [former?] EAP group from June 4 to present.” The City provided a response to Mr. Hawkinson on August 4, 2021. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Hawkinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1976, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a supplemental response on August 18, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the August 4th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
