Murray Supervisor of Records August 11, 2021 SPR21/1992 Mr. Stuart Beckley Ware Town Manager 126 Main Street Ware, MA 01082 Dear Mr. Beckley: I have received the petition of Ms. Kim Mongeau appealing the nonresponse of the Ware Town Manager (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mongeau requested the report generated by Daigle Law Group in the investigation of an identified individual. Having received no response, she petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a response on August 11, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Mongeau may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days.
