Hillary Conklin Town Clerk Town of Tisbury 51 Spring St.; PO Box 606 Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 Dear Ms. Conklin: I have received the petition of Rich Saltzberg of the Martha’s Vineyard Times appealing the response of the Town of Tisbury (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 13, 2021, Mr. Saltzberg requested “[a]ny and all KP Law invoices relative to the police department generated between 2011 and 2020.” Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1747 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 28, 2021). The Town provided a response on August 3, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Saltzberg petitioned this office and SPR21/2026 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided Mr. Saltzberg with records on August 16, 2021. In response to the Town providing records, Mr. Saltzberg informed this office that he considered his records request satisfied.
