Murray Supervisor of Records August 24, 2021 SPR21/2045 Elizabeth Sloan Hanson Town Clerk’s Office 542 Liberty Street Hanson, MA 02341 Dear Ms. Sloan: I have received the petition of Christine Cohen appealing the nonresponse of the Hanson Town Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Cohen requested all communications from an identified email involving correspondence with ZBA members or COI. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office responded, and plans to provide Ms. Cohen a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Cohen may appeal the substantive nature of the Office response within ninety days of it being provided.
