The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records August 24, 2021 SPR21/2049 Todd C. Palmer Super Records Access Officer City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Palmer: I have received the petition of Frank Wood appealing the response of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 12, 2021, Mr. Wood requested, “… all WARN Act letters received by the city/mayor/cfo/coo/economic development. If sent by mail or e-mail, or attached to an email, please send it. Date range of receipt 1/1/2021-8/11/2021.” On August 13, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2049, was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Wood’s request with a further response sent on August 17, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s August 13th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s August 17th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
