Williams City of Boston Police Department One Schroeder Plaza Boston, MA 02120 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Diana R. Stroud appealing the nonresponse of the Boston Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Stroud requested identified investigatory materials. Having received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 18, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
