G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 26, 2021, Mr. Grenier requested documents regarding identified internal affairs investigation and settlement agreements. The Department provided a response to Mr. Grenier on August 18, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office and SPR21/2093 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on August 26, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was the August 18th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Grenier may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s August 26th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
