G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 30, 2021, Ms. Wilkinson requested: [1] Any documents showing monthly revenues, commissions, call volumes and call minutes for the period January 1, 2020 to the present. [2] Any documents containing information on video visitation, if any, including rates, revenues, and commissions, as well as documents containing the same information on tablets, if any. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Wilkinson with a response dated August 25, 2021. In light of the Department’s August 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Wilkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
