G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Wilkinson requested various documents pertaining to inmate calling service (ICS) providers, video visitation, and data on other electronic communications. Having received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 20, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
