G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 18, 2021, Mr. Hohler requested, “… a copy of [named] Investigator’s 56-page report on the high school football team.” The School responded on June 22, 2021 and July 14, 2021. Unsatisfied with the School’s responses, Mr. Hohler petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2102, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response on August 18, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the School’s June 22nd and July 14th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hohler may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
