G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 19, 2021, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe requested “a copy of the minutes, including those of the closed session (executive session), in their native format, of Park and Rec's 9 August 2021 meeting.” The Town provided a response on August 19, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2109, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response on August 30, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was the August 19th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 30th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
