Murray Supervisor of Records September 3, 2021 SPR21/2115 Kristel Bennett Billerica Town Manager’s Office 365 Boston Road Billerica, MA 01821 Dear Ms. Bennett: I have received the petition of Christine Aurilio appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Billerica’s Town Manager’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Aurilio requested a log of all covid cases in the Billerica Public Schools. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office intends to provide Ms. Aurilio with a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Aurilio may appeal the substantive nature of the Office response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
