G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 6, 2021, the requestor sought: all information related to the Town of Carver’s Assistant Town Administrator position AND Human Resources Department. Please include all recruiting information, list of people that were interviewed for the position, including but not limited their resumes or CVs, which should include any and all educational background and/or any life experience that could satisfy the educational requirement. Additionally, please provide all CLE classes taken for each year the position has been filled by each individual and the cost of said training for both positions. The Town provided a response on July 13, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2143, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response to the requestor on Septemeber 7, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the July 13th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s Septemeber 7th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
