Staples Massachusetts State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Staples: I have received the petition of David Selima appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 21, 2021, Mr. Selima requested an identified police report. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 9, 2021. Consequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
