The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 13, 2021 SPR21/2217 Jodi Geary Concord Police Department 219 Walden St. Concord, MA 01742 Dear Ms. Geary: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Concord Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Spaulding requested records related to a May 2019 complaint made against the Department. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Spaulding with a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
