Murray Supervisor of Records September 13, 2021 SPR21/2222 Melissa Lolodice Berkshire Community College 1350 West Street Pittsfield, MA 01201 Dear Ms. Lolodice: I have received the petition of Robert Sullivan appealing the nonresponse of the Berkshire Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested a tabulation of bids for an asbestos abatement project. Subsequently, I learned that the College provided Mr. Sullivan with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sullivan may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
