The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 8, 2021 SPR21/2226 Lindsay Russell, Esq. Assistant District Attorney Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Avenue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney Russell: I have received the petition of Kenneth White appealing the response of the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. White requested records regarding “the alleged crime that occurred at [] Clark Street, in Malden, on November 15, 1991, between the hour of 3pm. and 8pm. This information was outlined in police report # 9100159 and MICR91-3997.” The Office provided a response on July 20, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. White petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2226, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office provided a supplemental response on September 8, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was the July 20th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. White may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s September 8th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
