The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 3, 2021 SPR21/2228 Beverley Coles-Roby, Esq. Board of Registration of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals One Winter Street, 3rd Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Coles-Roby: I have received the petition of Attorney Dianne R. Phillips of Holland & Knight LLP appealing the nonresponse of the Board of Registration of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 25, 2021, Attorney Phillips requested: 1. Transcripts from the following meetings for the period July 2020 to January 2021: continuing education committee meetings, professional conduct committee meetings, and board meetings. 2. Copies of all public record requests submitted from January 2021 to date. Subsequently, I learned that the Board provided Attorney Phillips with a response dated September 2, 2021. In light of the Board’s September 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Phillips may appeal the substantive nature of the Board’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Dianne R. Phillips, Esq.
