The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 15, 2021 SPR21/2233 Celeste Sullivan Assistant Superintendent Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District 2700 Regional Road North Dighton, MA 02764 Dear Ms. Sullivan: I have received the petition of Rehoboth WikiLeaks appealing the response of the Dighton-Rehoboth Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 21, 2021, Rehoboth WikiLeaks requested, “[a] copy of the Independent Auditor's Report Pursuant to Government Auditing Standards and Uniform Guidance for the year ending June 30, 2015-2019.” Prior appeals The responsive records were the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR21/1688 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 22, 2021). See SPR21/1993 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (August 23, 2021). In my August 23rd determination I found that the School intended on providing a supplemental response to the requestor. On August 27, 2021, the School responded. Unsatisfied with the response, the requestor appealed and this appeal, SPR21/2233, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School responded to the requestor with a further response sent on September 14, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s August 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s September 14th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
