G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 1, 2021, Mr. Femino requested, “… the application for the permit to install the heating system for the warehouse at [named location]…the application for paint removal at [named location].” On September 1, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Femino petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2243, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Femino’s request with a further response sent on September 10, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s September 1st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Femino may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
