Murray Supervisor of Records September 3, 2021 SPR21/2254 Sergeant Christopher Soto Agawam Police Department 681 Springfield Street Feeding Hills, MA 01030 Dear Sergeant Soto: I have received the petition of Alyssa Ardizzoni appealing the nonresponse of the Agawam Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ardizzoni requested various categories of records related to a certain motor vehicle accident. Having received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a response on September 3, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Ardizzoni may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days.
