G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 2, 2021, Mr. Wallack requested “any records that are public regarding MCAD Docket No. 20BEM02451, including the filing date.” MCAD provided a response on September 3, 2021. Unsatisfied with the MCAD’s response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2263, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, MCAD provided a supplemental response on September 10, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was the September 3rd response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. On September 10, 2021, Mr. Wallack appealed MCAD’s September 10th response with this office and appeal SPR21/2348 was opened as a result. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
