Mason appealing the non-response of the Town of Dover (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 19, 2021, Mr. Mason requested “a list of Dover-Sherborn High School graduates for the class of 1992 and 1993. The list should be of each graduates full name including middle name.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2264, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that Mr. Mason notified this office on September 7th that he had received a satisfactory response to his request. In light of this communication, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
