The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 10, 2021 SPR21/2266 Jennique Horrigan Department RAO Mayor’s Office Department 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Horrigan: I have received the petition of Frank Wood appealing the nonresponse of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 13, 2021, Mr. Wood requested, “… all emails sent or received by [named individuals] which contain … [identified words] in the address, body, or subject lines between 4/1/2021 and 8/12/2021…” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2266, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response to Mr. Wood on September 10, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Mr. Wood’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the Wood’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
