G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 11, 2021, Mr. Higgins requested identified emails and attachments. The Office provided a response on September 3, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. Higgins petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2277, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office provided a supplemental response on September 10, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was the September 3rd response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
