G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 23, 2021, Mr. Muadin requested various categories of records within the Town’s possession. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Muadin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2282, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Mr. Muadin dated September 8, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
