Murray Supervisor of Records September 16, 2021 SPR21/2298 Ms. Suzanne McCormick-de Boer Town of Brookline Public Schools 333 Washington Street Brookline, MA 02445 Dear Ms. McCormick-de Boer: I have received the petition of Mr. Patrick Mason appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Brookline Public Schools (Town) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mason submitted a request for “a list of Brookline High School graduates for the class of 1992 and 1993. This list should be of each of the graduate's full name including middle name.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 14, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
