Mason appealing the nonresponse of the City of Newton (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 24, 2021, Mr. Mason requested “[a] list of Newton High School graduates for the class of 1992 and 1993.” Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Mason with a response dated September 15, 2021. In light of the City’s September 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days.
