The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 13, 2021 SPR21/2300 Nicole L. Crispo City of Quincy 1305 Hancock Street, 2nd Floor Quincy, MA 02169 Dear Ms. Crispo: I have received the petition of Patrick J. Mason appealing the nonresponse of the City of Quincy (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mason requested various categories of records in the City’s custody related to an identified address. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2300, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that Mr. Mason notified this office on September 13th that he had received a satisfactory response to his request. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Patrick J.
