Murray Supervisor of Records September 23, 2021 SPR21/2305 Ms. Kathleen Lentini Town of Natick Natick Town Hall, 1st Floor 13 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Lentini: I have received the petition of Ms. Olufunmilola Shelly appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Natick (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Shelly requested documents about an unnamed town employee. Having received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 5, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Shelly may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
