Murray Supervisor of Records September 21, 2021 SPR21/2318 Kathleen Lentini Natick Town Hall, 1st Floor 13 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Lentini: I have received the petition of Frank Wood appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Natick (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 17, 2021, Mr. Wood requested “…a list of every firefighter who is currently suspended with pay, suspended without pay, or on administrative leave.” Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Wood with a response dated September 20, 2021. In light of the Department’s September 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days.
