The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 23, 2021 SPR21/2322 Jim Feeney Town of Arlington 730 Massachusetts Avenue Arlington, MA 02476 Dear Mr. Feeney: I have received the petition of Jason Kubert appealing the response of the Town of Arlington (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 9, 2021, Mr. Kubert requested “[a]ll certified payroll reports that you are in possession of from Kapiloff’s Glass Inc. or any contractor installing windows or glazing. The Aulson Company/Specialty Contractors or any contractor installing roofing materials. Santangelo Flooring or any contractor installing flooring material” and a “[c]opy of the prevailing wage assignment sheet.” On September 10, 2021, the Town provided a response. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Kubert petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2322, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Town intends on providing a supplemental response to Mr. Kubert. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Kubert with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
