Murray Supervisor of Records September 24, 2021 SPR21/2328 Gerald Arvelo Southbridge Police Department One Mechanic Street Southbridge, MA 01550 Dear Mr. Arvelo: I have received the petition of Jessica Lewis, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the Southbridge Police Department to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Lewis requested various categories of records related to certain incident reports in the Department’s possession. Having received no response, Attorney Lewis petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Attorney Lewis informed this office in a September 10th email that she wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal.
