Murray Supervisor of Records September 16, 2021 SPR21/2340 Katherine Laughman Assistant City Solicitor 119 School Street Waltham, MA 02451 Dear Attorney Laughman: I have received a petition from Allison Jarmanning appealing a nonresponse by the City of Waltham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Jarmanning requested records on June 25, 2021 for: (1) any police incident reports involving two named individuals and (2) any calls to 911 for police assistance involving two named individuals. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Jarmanning petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. In an email dated September 16, 2021, Ms. Jarmanning informed this office she wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Ms. Jarmanning’s request to withdraw her appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
