Smyrnios appealing the response of the Town of Lynnfield (Lynnfield) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 11, 2021, Mr. Smyrnios requested numerous records regarding COVID-19 prevention measures taken in Town schools. On August 24, 2021, the Town responded and provided a further response on September 3, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Mr. Smyrnios petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2344, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Smyrnios request with a supplemental response sent on September 21, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s August 24th and September 3rd responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
