G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 2, 2021, Mr. Wallack requested “any records that are public regarding MCAD Docket No. 20BEM02451, including the filing date.” Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/2263 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 14, 2021). MCAD provided a response on September 10, 2021. Unsatisfied with MCAD’s response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2263, was opened as a result. Based upon a conversation on September 22, 2021, a representative of MCAD informed this office that MCAD intends on providing a supplemental response to Mr. Wallack. Accordingly, MCAD is ordered to provide Mr. Wallack with a response to his request in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of MCAD’s response within ninety days.
