Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Max Strahan appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Strahan requested various categories of records in the Department’s custody. Claiming to have received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a response on September 16, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Strahan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days.
