Massachusetts Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Farrell: I have received the petition of Dusty Christensen appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Christensen requested various categories of records including logs and body camera video related to a certain motor vehicle stop. Having received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a response on September 21, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Christensen may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
